The factory starter shield leaves a gap around the nose of the popular mini-starters so we designed a shield that fits correctly. These shields are made from EG steel for corrosion resistance. Fits all big-block or Hemi engines with 10.5 inch clutch or the 727 automatic. Will also fit slant six
